The Role
This is a co-founder role — not just a job. We are looking for an entrepreneurial mind, a problem solver who is excited to build something bigger than themselves, someone who is drawn to growth, both personally and professionally.
You will work closely with Magda, our product visionary, who deeply understands what DataInFlow is creating and the possibilities it opens. She sees both what needs to be done today and the potential for where we can go. You will translate this vision into scalable technology, navigating the technical complexities of integrating with numerous external systems while uncovering opportunities for innovation.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Prototype Development: You will be responsible for coding the prototypes we are developing right now, ensuring that they serve as a strong foundation for further scaling.
Technical Leadership: Lead the development, architecture, and implementation of DataInFlow’s technology platform.
Exploration & Problem Solving: Work with customers to identify technical problems, find solutions to connect different systems, overcoming technical challenges while embracing opportunities.
Collaboration with Magda & Team: Translate ideas into working prototypes, bridging vision and execution.
Scalability & Strategy: Build a roadmap that ensures our prototype evolves into a fully scalable solution.
Who You Are
At this early and pivotal stage, we are looking for a Tech and IT Lead who sees beyond code —someone who thrives in both structure and possibility, who can explore multiple paths while moving forward with confidence.
Your Technical Foundation
We are not looking for a rigid checklist of skills. But we do expect you to have the technical foundation to build and scale a modern digital platform. The ideal candidate will have:

Full-stack development experience (Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, HTML5, or similar).

Backend & API development – Understanding how systems communicate.

Cloud & system architecture – Ability to create scalable, efficient solutions.

Experience working with multiple system integrations – Connecting different technologies together.

An instinct for emerging technologies – Seeing what’s possible beyond what exists today.
